It was just a good match for a flash stay in Manama with best value for money ratio. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and always checked if my stay was perfect. Consider asking for a room on a higher floor for a better view.

The location is perfect for shopping enthusiasts, with direct access to a major mall. The dining experience was exceptional, especially at the Spanish restaurant where the paella and flamenco show were highlights. Staff members like Ms. Margret at the reception and Ceejay in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay, though the hotel could benefit from a slight update in decor.

We loved the family-friendly vibe at this hotel. With five teenagers, we appreciated the nearby Bahrain City Centre, a massive mall with shops, an indoor water park, and a cinema that kept everyone entertained. The dining was top-notch, too!

In my wife's opinion, the pool could have more activities for kids.

The staff were exceptional, especially Adnan from public relations, he helped me with the loyalty card and gave me some great tips. The housekeeping staff, particularly Babo, kept the rooms impeccable throughout our stay, it felt like we were living in luxury.

Staying here with friends was awesome! We explored Bahrain City Centre, which is packed with stores and even has an indoor water park! The swimming pool was great, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty. If you need anything, just ask the staff. they go above and beyond.

I did have a little trouble with the air conditioning in my room. it was super cold and hard to adjust. I ended up turning it off at one point, which was a bit annoying.

The staff was helpful when my family and I arrived at the property. We enjoyed the location next to the mall and the spacious room was clean.

The check-in process was delayed and the extra bed I requested took too long to arrive.

Housekeeping could improve attention to detail!!! Guests' privacy should be prioritized when issuing room keys!!! Room amenities need more consistency, including the refrigerator temperature and bathroom supplies!!!
